Companies & teams
Offsites, summer outings, client appreciation days, new-hire mixers, and quarterly team events that beat another happy hour.
Eighty percent of the room has never played. That is not a problem — it is the entire point. We build events where the beginner and the ringer both have a great two hours, and nobody stands on the sideline.
Who we do this for
Offsites, summer outings, client appreciation days, new-hire mixers, and quarterly team events that beat another happy hour.
Charity round robins, member days, and fundraising tournaments — including sponsor activation and donation tracking on the day.
Neighborhood associations, HOAs, faith groups, and civic organizations who want an event that pulls every age group outside at once.
PE unit support, after-school programs, and family nights, run by coaches who are comfortable with a gym full of eleven-year-olds.

What's included
The reason people book us twice is that there is exactly one thing on your plate: showing up. Here's what sits on ours.
Sourced and contracted from our partner network, chosen for your group's location and size.
Certified coaches at a ratio that means beginners get real attention in the first thirty minutes.
A bracket built around your actual skill mix, so the final is close and the first-timers still win a game.
Loaner paddles, balls, portable nets where needed, scoreboards, and shade or heat as the season demands.
A minute-by-minute schedule sent to you in advance, and staff on the day who keep to it.
Waivers, insurance certificates, catering coordination, branded signage, photography, and prizes.
We keep a portion of our calendar for sponsored neighborhood events. If your group can't fund an event outright, ask us — we may be able to pair you with a sponsor or a facility partner.
Community events run entirely on loaner paddles. Nobody has to own gear to take part, and nobody has to say so out loud.
Pickleball is one of very few sports where a twelve-year-old and a seventy-year-old can have a genuinely competitive game. We build the formats to lean into that.
Community events
Community work is the part of this business we are proudest of. A court, some music, forty loaner paddles, and a Saturday afternoon does something that a newsletter never will.
We work with neighborhood associations, recreation departments, faith communities, and civic groups across all three jurisdictions — from a fifty-person block rally to a four-hundred-person park takeover.
Tell us what you're trying to make happen and what you can spend. We will be straight with you about what's possible.

Questions
It's the normal case, and the format is built for it. The first half hour is structured coaching in small groups, and the bracket is seeded so that beginner teams play beginner teams. In our experience the first-timers are the ones who ask when the next one is.
Four to six weeks is comfortable. Peak season — May, June, September, October — books further out, so if you have a date in mind then, get in touch early. We have turned events around in ten days when a venue happened to be free.
Yes. We coordinate catering with vendors near each venue, and we can bring in a photographer whose photos land with you inside a week. Both are quoted as line items so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
We carry event liability insurance and can provide a certificate naming your organization. Waivers are collected digitally in advance, and we chase the stragglers so you don't have to.
We hold an indoor fallback or a rain date on every outdoor booking, agreed with you when we contract. The call is made by 7 AM and communicated to your whole list immediately.
Our facility partnerships are concentrated in DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, and that's where we do our best work. For groups just outside — Baltimore, Richmond, Annapolis — ask, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right team.
Let's play
Tell us who's playing, roughly when, and how many. We'll come back with a plan, a venue, and a price — usually within one business day.
